W.P.No.16521 of 2011 : Petition presented to this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the impugned records of the Appointment Order No. 2219/Adm Bn dt 21.3.2003 of the petitioner issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the 2nd respondent establishment by fixing the pay scale and allowances and extending all the benefits retrospectively as Technicians/ Bakerman similar to that of Technicians/Bakerman in Army Services Corps (ASC) Centre Bangalore.
