Writ Appeal preferred under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 11.7.2014 made in W.P.No.13400 of 2014.
Writ petition filed U/A 226 of the constitution of India for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned letter dated 27.9.2013 in Na. Ka.A/364/13 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and pass such further direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta on the basis of the application dated 28.4.2014 with respect to the petitioner property in Survey No.51/1A1A & 51/1A1C.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate forum as advised under the provisions of law and she has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:
