This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Jeba Deva Kirubai, aged about 24 years, before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.
2.The petitioner is the father of the detenue. According to him, his daughter, the detenu herein, was married to the 3rd respondent herein, as early as on 13.9.2010 and a female child was born to them out of the said wedlock. Due to some dispute between the couple, the detenue came to the parental home and has been living with the petitioner for the past one year. As the detenue is a B.Sc.
