PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the endorsement of the XI Court of Small Causes, Chennai, in M.P.No.375/2004 in R.C.O.P.No.1826/1998 dated 24.08.2004 in directing the disposal of the application under Section 11(4) of the Rent Control Act together with the main application.
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the landlords have already taken possession the tenanted premises. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
