3,When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.221 of 2015.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
