(ii)petitioner and two sureties shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry.
(iii) Petitioner shall stay in Chidambaram and report before the Inspector of police, Annamalai nagar police station, Chidambaram daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
(iv) However, petitioner is permitted to appear on the hearing date before the committal Magistrate, namely, Judicial Magistrate No.III, Chidambaram and on subsequent hearing before the concerned Sessions Court.
