Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is conducted and closed on 27.01.2014.

The respondent Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
