Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2013 made on the 2^nd respondent registered as C.No.9298/COP/Visitors/2013 on the file the 1^st respondent Police, investigate the same and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 30.03.2014 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
