It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police that based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.11.2014, enquiry was conducted and it was found that there was no threat perception to the petitioner's life. If the petitioner feels that he needs protection, it is open to him to approach the Police Station and the respondent/Police will provide necessary protection.
