When the matters are taken up today, the learned
counsel appearing for the contemnor has produced the
proceeding in Na.Ka.No.237/2010/A1 dated 03.03.2015,
which was addressed to the petitioner, and submitted that
the order passed by this Court dated 28.03.2014 in
W.P.No.280 of 2012 has been complied with. Further, the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that
the petitioner has also joined duty.

In view of the same, the contempt application is closed. Insofar as the other reliefs are concerned, it
