This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Tender Notice No.E1/769/2014, dated 03.03.2014 and quash the same.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the tender notice, dated 03.03.2014, issued by the first respondent was withdrawn, as no tender was received on 09.04.2014 and that re-tender would be floated only after lifting of Model

Code of Conduct by the Election Commission of India. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
3.In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
