4.The fourth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.3849 of 2014 has filed W.P. (MD)No.3969 of 2014, stating that the house at Karpaga Vinayagar Colony 4th Street, K.Pudur, Madurai belongs to him and his son Mytheen Mathar is residing in Door No.6, Karpaga Vinayagar Colony 4th Street, K.Pudur, which belongs to the fourth respondent another son Abdul Rahim. The fourth respondent further states that his son Mytheen Mathar is residing in Door No.6, but obtained ration card from the scond respondent, as if he resides in Door No.5 of Karpaga Vinayagar Colony 3rd Street, K.Pudur, Madurai. The fourth respondent further states that, by giving false address to the second respondent herein, his son Mytheen Mathar obtained ration card as if he resides in Door No.5. Aggrieved over the same, the fourth respondent filed a representation to the second respondent, who in turn, directed the Revenue Inspector to conduct spot inspection and submit his report. As directed, the Revenue Inspector conducted spot inspection on 29.04.2012. At the time of inspection, the Revenue Inspector inspected Door No.5 and found that no one was residing in Door No.5 and the petitioner-Mytheen Mathar is residing in Door No.6. The second respondent has also informed the fourth respondent that action was being taken to cancel the ration card. Though the communication was received on 20.07.2012, so far the second respondent did not pass any final order on the enquiry conducted by the Revenue Inspector. The fourth respondent approached the second respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 23.04.2012 based on the enquiry report submitted by the Revenue Inspector. But the second respondent gave evasive reply to the fourth respondent. Aggrieved over the inaction of the second respondent, the fourth respondent made a representation dated 24.02.2014 to the first respondent in person, but no orders have been passed so for. Hence, W.P.(MD)No.3969 of 2014 has been filed by the fourth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.3849 of 2014.
