Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide the change over switch box to the petitioner's electricity service connection in S.C.No.053-013-21 by considering the petitioner's submitted application, dated 22.01.2014. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide the change over switch box to the petitioner's electricity service connection in S.C.No.053-013-21 by considering the petitioner's application, dated 22.01.2014.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

It is seen that the petitioner wants to change over the Electricity service connection to a different Well, since the original Well in which connection was operating went dry. This, according to the respondent Board, has been objected by certain other third parties stating that the petitioner is an encroacher. However, the petitioner's application is still pending and however, no written order has been passed.

Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 22.01.2014 and representation, dated 20.04.2014, after issuing notice to the petitioner and all the objectors and after hearing them while conducting enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the second respondent shall pass a reasoned orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
