PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from initiating departmental proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to the order of the respondent in his proceedings in Ma Su Pa/Pa/Pa/Ne/E5/2014 dated 21.05.2014 till the disposal of the criminal case in Crime NO.293/14 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pettai Police Station, Tirunelveli District and consequently direct the respondent to defer the departmental proceedings against the petitioner till the conclusion of the criminal case by reinstating the petitioner service with attended benefits.
