3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner dated 10.8.2014 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
