After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, as he wants to move the Board for reexamination of certificate under Rule 32 of the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983.
2.The writ petition, thus, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of aforesaid. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 also stands dismissed.
