ORDER
The petitioner seeks compassionate appointment on the death of his father by his representation dated 22.04.2013 and the same was rejected by the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 11.06.2013 and the same is challenged in this writ petition.
petitioner submitted representation dated 19.01.2012 for compassionate appointment and that was also rejected by the impugned proceedings. The learned counsel submitted that though the petitioner's elder brother Raja Jayaprakash Narayanan's request for compassionate appointment was not considered, the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment and the petitioner is having all the qualifications for giving appointment for compassionate ground and that was not considered.
