This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of mandamus
directing the respondents to consider the representation of the
petitioner dated 23.1.2013 and direct the respondents to open the new
building for the purpose of Government Fair Price Shop running by the
Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society running in a Rental
premises and shifted to new building constructed by the Government at
Edaiyur Kamaraj Nagar, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.
ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty
to approach the competent authority. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file proper petition before the appropriate forum, if so advised. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
