This petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A.No.1674 of 2003 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of (1) Pro.No.15474/99/E3, dated 30.09.2000, of the first respondent and (2) Pro.No.2242/2001/A2, dated 21.03.2001 of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Forester approved in Pro.AB1/76240/99, dated 22.05.2000 of the 3rd respondent and to promote him as such with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with consequential benefits.
When this matter was taken up on 27.11.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted for dismissal.
