Mr.P.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the first defendant. Mr.D.Praveen, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the third defendant. The learned counsel appearing for the Plaintiff would submit this Court on 08.07.2019 has permitted him to serve the suit summon to the second defendant by way of E- mail.
- The learned counsel for the Plaintiff has submitted that he has served the suit summon by way of E-mail to the second defendant and the E-mail sent by him was not bounced and hence it can be treated as suit summon served. He has also filed an Affidavit of Service to that effect.
- In view of the same, the Registry is directed to print the name of the second defendant and post on 06.08.2016. In the meantime, the defendants 1 and 3 are directed to file the written statement.
