The petitioners are the plaintiffs before the Trial Court, who filed a suit for declaration and for injunction and written statement was also filed in the month of September 2013 and the matter was posted for trial. But, till date the matter was not listed. Therefore, the petitioners seeking speedy disposal of the suit. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record carefully.
3.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court indend to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.
4.Considering the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2013 and written statement was filed in the month of September 2013, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.230 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Srivilliputhur within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
