ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections (*)465, 467, 468, 470, 471, 474 and 420 of IPC on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the other accused persons had created false documents in respect of the property of the de-facto complainant and sold the lands belonging to the de-facto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that A1 and A2 were granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5728 of 2013, dated 10.04.2013.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that A1 an A2 were enlarged on anticipatory bail in the year 2013 itself, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall

comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
