This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District to dispose of the case pending before the same in C.C.No.207 of 2012 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2.As per the direction of this Court, dated, 14.03.2014, a report is received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai.
3.In her report, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai has specifically stated that the case in C.C.No.207 of 2012 is pending for getting proper instructions from the learned Additional public Prosecutor.
4.Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai is directed to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the case in C.C.No.207 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
