2.This Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial in C.C.Nos.183 of 2007 and 110 of 2008.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, to pass appropriate orders to the respondent Police to execute the warrant and also insist upon the appearance of the accused regularly and expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible.
