This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.07.2013 according to law.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. This Court has also perused the records.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and after thorough enquiry, the same was closed by the second respondent police. He has also submitted a closure report, in which, it is stated as follows:-

In view of the above findings given by the second respondent police, no direction can be given in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the report given by second respondent police, he is at liberty to take appropriate action before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
