2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that on completing investigation, charge sheet has been laid by the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore. The learned Judicial Magistrate has also taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.1595/2014. The said statement is recorded.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
