ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the presence of the petitioner may be dispensed with before the trial Court.
3.In my considered opinion, such a blanket order directing the trial Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner cannot be issued by this Court. As and when required, it is for the petitioner to approach the trial Court under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
4.In view of the above endorsement made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
