ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 20.11.2013 to the Registry, to that effect. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
