PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in connection with the impugned Advertisement issued by him in Advertisement No.NIL dated 12.02.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondents to issue Advertisement calling for recruitment in every department in the post of Assistant Professor especially in the Department of Management Studies and thereby consider the petitioner's case for appointment,within time limit that may be sibulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
