Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India against the order dated 21.10.2012 by returning
the EASR No.4799/2011 dated 31.07.2011 passed by the Subordinate
Judge, Thiruvallur, insisting to produce the copy of the final decree
dated 05.10.1990 passed in O.S.No.174 of 1989.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner circulated a
letter to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw
the Civil Revision Petition.
2.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No costs.
