Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Pondicherry Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1969 against the judgement and decree of the learned II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry (Rent Appellate Court) made in R.C.A.No.7 of 2009 dated 19.02.2013 confirming the judgment and decree of the Lower Court, Rent Control Court at Pondicherry dated 30.06.2009 made in H.R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2004.
