Heard both sides.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are seeking direction to expedite the case in S.T.C.No.5110 of 2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam stating that the case is pending from 2005 itself because of the case, they are facing untold hardship. It is further submitted that out of 10 witnesses, 9 witnesses were examined.
3.Considering the same, I am of the view that it is a fit case for giving direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.5110 of 2005, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
