ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.16 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, they have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

¶20

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail, of course, subject to certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a

like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI,

Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and the third petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
