PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner was arrested by the respondent police in Crime No.114 of 2013 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C., @ 306 of I.P.C. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. Heard Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Prabha, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has been harassed the defacto complainant's daughter by demanding more dowry and the alleged occurrence has taken place on 24.05.2013 and the petitioner was arrested and remanded into judicial custody from 26.06.2013.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation stands already completed and viscera and chemical examination reports are awaited and he would oppose for granting bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on both side and also considering the fact that this petitioner has been in judicial custody from 26.06.2013 onwards and the submission of the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate (Crl.side) investigation stands already completed and viscera

report and chemical examination reports are awaited, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail,

on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
