PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner is arrayed as A1 and he apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.200 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, he has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the wife of the petitioner who had preferred a complaint against the petitioner that the petitioner attacked the her and also threatened her.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and a false case has been foisted against him.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the intervenor on the above

submissions.

5.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that injured had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ already been discharged from the hospital.

6.On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and

¶24

(ii)The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
