ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners are arrayed as accused and they apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of I.P.C., r/w. Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, in Crime No.10 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, they have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to dowry demand, the defacto complainant was harassed by the petitioners.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent person and a false case has been foisted against them.

4.Heard the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the above submissions.

5.On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and

(ii)The first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and the other petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
