This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for direction to direct the Special Court for P.C. Act cases, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial of the case in Special Case No.75 of 2012, to dispose of case within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on records.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A2 submitted that the petitioner/A2, who was working as Special Tahsildar for Land Acquisition at Tiruchirappalli was retired on attaining the age of superannuation in the month of February 2013, subject to the outcome of the Special Case No.75 of 2012 on the file of the Special Court for P.C. Act cases, Tiruchriappalli. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this petition for early disposal of the case.

In that view of the matter, the learned Special Judge for P.C.Act cases, Tiruchriappalli, is directed to dispose of the Special Case No.75 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
