In the Criminal Original Petition No.1179 of 2013, the petitioners have come up seeking a direction to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioners in the village at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Chidambarapuram in order to safeguard their life and properties and the Criminal Original Petition No.1587 of 2013, the petitioner has come up

2.In view of the submissions, made by the learned Government

Advocate(Criminal Side) that the police bandobust is provided in the entire village at Chidambarapuram in view of the prevailing Law and Order situation therein no further order is necessary in these applications. Hence, these applications are closed with a direction to the Superintendent of police to consider continuing the bandobust till the situation warrants.
