This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to the third respondent pertaining to the case in Crime No.120 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son was died in suspicious circumstances and a case was registered in Crime No.120 of 2013 under Section 174 Cr.P.C., but the second respondent has not conducted the investigation in proper direction and hence he has come forward with this application for the above said relief.

perusal of the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, shows that the case was closed as 'Action Dropped' on 03.05.2013 and final report has been sent to the Executive Magistrate Second Class, Srivilliputhur.
