The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.06.2013, petition enquiry is pending.

respondent is directed to expedite the petition enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent is directed to register a case in accordance with law.
