The petitioner has come up with the above Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondent to take his revision petition on file and to dispose of the same within a time frame.

2.Heard Mr.G.R.Swaminathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3.As against an order passed by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies on 10.05.2011, the petitioner and his father appear to have filed a revision before the Government, the respondent herein. Since it is not taken on file and disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Considering the limited nature of the prayer made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to take the revision on file, if it is in order and dispose it of after sending notice and giving an opportunity of hearing to the Co-operative Society, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
