Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue was arrested by the Police in connection with Crime No.178 of 2010 on the file of the Thondi Police Station on 06.02.2011 and he is to be produced before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the learned Magistrate for judicial remand.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
