The Father of detenue has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to direct the first respondent herein to produce her daughter by name Firose Beham, who is now under the illegal custody of the second respondent, before this Court and hand over custody to him.
2.The detenue appeared before this Court. On examination, she expressed her desire to go along with her father / the petitioner herein.
3.Considering the desire expressed by the detenue to go along with the petitioner, the custody is handed over to the petitioner and this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
