(Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 (34 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoinls 30lh day of July 2009 as ihe date on which the provisions of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 12, clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 13, 15, 17.
