J U D G M E N T

The prayer in the writ petition is to give a direction to respondents 1 and 3 to hand over the investigation in Crime No.1684 of 2024 of Kundara Police Station, Kollam to an officer not below the rank of Dy.S.P.

3 . The learned Senior Public Prosecutor, Smt. Sreeja V. , on instructions, submitted that the investigation is over and the final report has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Hence, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved by the same, in accordance with law.
