The writ petition is filed to direct the respondent 2 to 5 to release/adjust the margin money (subsidy) kept in the petitioner’s Term Deposit Receipt account and be paid into the petitioner’s loan account.

When the writ petition came up for consideration on 27.03.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the 3^rd respondent submitted that, the verification has been done and the report has been forwarded to the 5^th respondent bank. Now, it is for the 5^th respondent bank to make the payment.
