J U D G M E N T
Raja Vijayaraghavan, J.
The petitioner says that he has been in love with the corpus (Ms.X for the sake of brevity), the daughter of the 4th respondent. He states that she is being illegally detained by the 4th respondent against her wishes. He lodged a complaint before the police seeking to set at liberty the daughter of the 4th respondent. Complaining of inaction he is before this Court seeking direction.
This Court by order dated 23.05.2024 had directed the parties to appear before us. In terms of the direction, the alleged detenu as well as the 4th respondent has appeared before us.
We have interacted with the alleged detenue as well as the petitioner herein. Ms.X stated before us that she had completed her XII standard education at the Kannur Chala Higher Secondary School. She stated that she is not under illegal detention and she is happily living with her parents.

In that view of the matter, we do not think that the petitioner has
made out any case grant of the reliefs claimed in this writ petition.
