The petitioner has approached this Court with this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondents 1 to 5 to produce Ms. X, the daughter of respondents 6 and 7, who according to him, is kept under illegal detention.
