JUDGMENT
The petitioner’s application for a building permit was rejected by the respondent citing three reasons, out of which one was for the production of a development permit for the plot. Both sides submit that the said issue is covered by Ext.P4 judgment. The learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat submits that the other two defects pointed out are to be cured by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
