The petitioner has preferred Ext.P-10 representation challenging Ext.P-7 transfer order. The petitioner submits that the same is to be considered by the respondents. The petitioner submits that though he has filed Ext.P-10 on 19.3.2024, no orders have been passed.

Under such circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the request of the petitioner made in Ext.P-10, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and in accordance with law, within an outer time limit of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The other contentions raised in the Writ Petition are left open. The petitioner is also permitted to make any additional representations, if required, at the time of the hearing.
